Improvisation Workshop with Evie Demetriou (CY)
Following our performances at the Gothenburg Fringe Festival, we invite you to this improvisation workshop where movement is approached through playfulness and curiosity.
The workshop is open to professional dancers, advanced dance students, and professional actors comfortable with movement. Designed to push the boundaries of artistic expression, this session invites you to explore and rediscover your movement potential.
Through guided improvisation exercises, you'll be encouraged to observe your movement possibilities, challenge habitual patterns, and uncover new pathways in your practice. We'll also incorporate text and voice to add depth and complexity to your creative exploration. The workshop will lead to the creation of improvisation scores that can serve as a foundation for generating and refining choreographic material.
Join for a lively and engaging session that aims to enrich your creative toolkit and enhance your artistic expression.
